- How do I get the files after paying?
- We send you a download link in Discord. No portal to sign into, no key system to fight with, and the link stays good.
- Do I get updates for free?
- Free for as long as we maintain the resource. When something is updated we send the new link the same way.
- Can I use this on more than one server?
- Up to two servers you personally own and run. It doesn't cover a friend's server, a community that isn't yours, or anything you resell. Need more than two, ask us and we will price it.
- Is the source open?
- Not escrowed, so the .meta files are yours to edit: handling, extras, colours, liveries. The model itself stays ours. The resale page has the detail.
- Do these need a framework?
- No. Vehicles are standard streamable files, so they drop into any server regardless of what you run.
- Do you do custom work?
- Yes. You see renders before you pay the balance. Start on the custom work page, or just ask in Discord.
- How fast do you reply?
- Usually within the hour, most of the day Eastern time. If something's broken on a live server, say that up front and we'll look at it first.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital files are final once delivered. If a resource is broken and we can't fix it, we'll make it right. The refund page spells out where the line sits.
